Walton Residence is a sure fire winner by all accounts. The entire team is professional, efficient and welcoming. A superb and secure location in the Gold Coast in a beautifully restored intimate building. All lovely furnishings , kitchen equipment, linens, internet, and on site maintenance provided. Apartment living at its finest.
For many summers, we have spent time at The Walton Residences. If you’ve stayed there, you know the location is exceptional, that each unit is well appointed and self contained. What’s different in the last year has been the improvement of the staff. They are now even more professional and friendly. They really make their guests feel at home. We highly recommend The Walton Residences; now more than ever.

My husband and I lived in Chicago for 40 years and are now retired and living in South Carolina. We discovered Walton Residences as an opportunity to rent a lovely furnished apartment in our old neighborhood to visit our friends during the month of July. The apartment was beautifully appointed, very comfortable and quiet, full kitchen and extremely well located to reach all the restaurants, shops, museums and activities we enjoy with our Chicago friends in the summer. The housekeeping and concierge staff were very accommodating and made us feel at home, and we have already signed up for next summer. We highly recommend Walton Residences for short or long term stays in Chicago.
We stayed at the Walton Residence after our home was partially destroyed in a house fire. The entire staff made us feel warm and welcome during our 7 month stay. We miss the Walton Residence. Highly recommend.
My family and I simply love Walton Residence. During the 3 months we spent there, we enjoyed the cozy apartment, the warm and always helpful staff and the plus of the very central location. Walton Residence has been our first home when moving to Chicago earlier this year, and (not only we will recommend it to any of our friends) we will never forget it.
